Our contemporary worship service is for the whole family. Children remain in the service for the music and message. Our Cry Room is open for parents to help quiet a child before stepping back into the service.

Why this format?

Children in Worship

At our Faith Fellowship Church, families worship together. We welcome children of all ages to participate in our entire service alongside the full church family.

Why We Include Children in Worship

  • Kids are part of the church today: Children are not just the future church—they are an active part of our congregation right now. Worshiping together helps them know they truly belong in God's house.

  • Faith is learned by watching: Children learn how to pray, sing, open their Bibles, and listen to Scripture by watching parents and older members. Even when they do not understand every part of a sermon, hearing God's truth regularly plants seeds for the future.

  • Learning active worship: The goal is not silent sitting, but active learning. Over time, children learn to sing with the congregation, follow along in Scripture, pray, and take sermon notes.

Sunday Morning Schedule

  • 9:30 AM – Sunday School: A dedicated hour of age-appropriate teaching, questions, and fellowship.

  • 10:45 AM Worship Service: Children join the entire congregation in the sanctuary for the full service.

What to Expect

Having children to sit through church takes practice, patience, and grace. Restlessness and noise are a normal part of the process, and families are welcome just as they are.

  • Cry Room: A private room is available in the back right of the auditorium if you need a quiet space to calm a child before returning to the service.

Bringing your family to church is a meaningful investment in your children's faith. As kids see their parents love and worship Jesus, they learn to love Him, too.
